Life.
Though the body be weary
The spirit is strong
Never ending the test
On the road so long
Through all my endeavours
Be they good or bad
Treat them as a blessing
On the long road ahead
Life then is fortune
More so than wealth
For material possessions
Are ruinous by stealth
Feed then my soul
Strong spirit in mind
Before tiredness engulfs me
And leaves me behind
Think to fond memory
Good council be strong
Though the road of life
Be arduous and long
